WC 99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the wc 99 platform, accessible at wc99.click, including all games, promotions, payment services, and communications provided through the platform. wc 99 is operated as a Pakistan-focused online gaming service providing access to skill-based and chance-based games for registered adult users.

The wc 99 platform is designed exclusively for use by individuals located in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below. By accessing, registering on, or using the wc 99 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read together with the wc 99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wc 99. Where these Terms are silent on a particular matter, those supplementary documents apply.

2. Eligibility

To register and use wc 99 you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wc 99 takes underage access very seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP (for overseas Pakistanis). Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders are not eligible.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of wc 99 or any of its associated companies or technology providers. Such individuals are prohibited from participating in real-money games on the platform.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order with wc 99. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to register a new account are acting in breach of these Terms and any winnings from such accounts may be confiscated.

wc 99 may at any time request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register one account only on wc 99. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, wc 99 will close the additional accounts and may close the original account as well depending on the circumstances.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. The information you provide must match the payment methods you intend to use on the platform — withdrawals are only permitted to accounts registered in the same name as your wc 99 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wc 99 account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong password that you do not use for any other service.
• Never share your password, PIN, or login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your wc 99 account whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Notify wc 99 support immediately at support@wc99.click if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

wc 99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4. Deposits

All deposits to wc 99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted on the platform:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 100
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 100
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani-issued bank cards) — minimum deposit Rs 500

wc 99 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside wc 99's control and responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your wc 99 wallet within the following typical timeframes: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during banking hours and up to 4 hours outside banking hours. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within these timeframes, please contact wc 99 support with your transaction reference number.

wc 99 reserves the right to decline a deposit, request proof of the source of funds, or suspend an account if a deposit pattern triggers anti-money laundering monitoring procedures. This is a legal obligation and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only and must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount at wc 99 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification as required by our compliance procedures.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Typically within 10 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Within 1 banking day of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 2–5 banking days depending on your bank's processing times.

wc 99 does not charge withdrawal fees. If your bank or wallet provider charges a transaction fee on incoming transfers, that charge is outside our control.

A withdrawal request may be delayed if: your KYC documentation has not been submitted and verified; your account has activity that requires compliance review; or the withdrawal is part of a bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement. In such cases, wc 99 support will notify you of the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

wc 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here. In the event of any conflict between general bonus conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements. All bonuses at wc 99 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the related funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you opt in. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus can be active on a wc 99 account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing one is active, the existing bonus terms will apply to the combined balance unless otherwise specified.

Bonus Abuse. wc 99 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus wagering outcomes — these are all considered bonus abuse and will result in all bonus funds and any winnings generated from them being forfeited and the account being suspended.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on wc 99 operate according to the specific rules displayed within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. wc 99 does not offer refunds for bets placed in error or due to a misunderstanding of the game rules.

Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure mid-game — including server outage, connection interruption, or software malfunction — wc 99 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. For games where the outcome was determined before the failure, the result will stand. For games where the outcome was not yet determined at the time of the failure, the bet will typically be refunded to your wc 99 wallet. wc 99's decision in such matters is final.

Game Errors. Apparent wins resulting from a technical error, a software bug, or a misconfiguration (including displays of impossibly large payouts or multipliers inconsistent with the game's published parameters) are void and will not be paid. wc 99 will make every effort to identify and correct such errors promptly and to notify affected players.

Auto Cash-Out in Crash Games. The auto cash-out feature in crash games (including Aviator, JetX and related formats) executes server-side. wc 99 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to set an auto cash-out target before a round begins. Once a round is in progress, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wc 99. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting in a way designed to exploit the platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, or technical error in a game or the platform's payment systems.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit to wc 99 (money laundering).
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals against deposits that were validly made to the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wc 99 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted areas of the wc 99 platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

wc 99 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair, and responsible. Gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available free of charge to all wc 99 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take 72 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified gaming session length.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all wc 99 gaming for a minimum period of 6 months, with the option to extend indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

wc 99 may, at its sole discretion, impose deposit limits, session limits, or account restrictions on any player where there is reasonable concern about that player's gaming behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

wc 99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with wc 99 support.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, wc 99 may withhold any or all of the balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that there has been a breach, wc 99 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their wc 99 account should contact support at support@wc99.click. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure and are not payable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

wc 99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on wc 99 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data you provide to wc 99 — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and payment information — is used exclusively for: account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted through wc 99 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment card details are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor and are not stored on wc 99 servers in retrievable form.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@wc99.click. Please note that certain data must be retained for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes even after account closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

wc 99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and fairly, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or that it will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, wc 99 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from the unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events outside our control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Losses from games where the outcome was determined correctly by the certified RNG system.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of anticipated winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits wc 99's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Pakistani law.

You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. wc 99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling, and your decision to gamble is made entirely at your own risk.

13. Amendments to These Terms

wc 99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email, by an in-platform notification, or by a prominent notice on the homepage. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights — may be made without individual notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and particularly before making significant deposits or claiming new bonuses. Your continued use of wc 99 after a change to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you should stop using wc 99 and contact support@wc99.click to request account closure. In such circumstances, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 July 2025 and apply to all accounts registered on or after that date, as well as all existing accounts from that date forward.
